The Short-Term Residential Treatment Program addresses the needs of women, pregnant women, and men who have been diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder, and have a mild to moderate co-occurring disorder. Our program provides over six hours of structured daily activity and a minimum of one individual session per week.

Our facility operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. There are separate living areas for men and women. The counseling staff is available from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Crisis intervention services are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.

Eligibility: 18 years of age or older with a chemical dependency diagnosis
Duration: 30 days (The average length of stay is approximately 21 days)

Our Short-Term Residential Treatment facility is located in the northern portion of Lapeer County in Otter Lake, Michigan. The program resides on 56 acres of scenic and secluded lakefront property – well away from the distractions of a heavily populated urban setting.
