TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM

Our Transitional Housing Program addresses the needs of women, pregnant women, and
men diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder. In our Transitional Housing program,
we provide the following services: clean room, a bed, three nutritious meals per
day, adequate storage space, access to washer and dryers, payphones, cable TV, transportation
upon admission to our facility, transportation to approximately two to three 12-step
meetings, 16 week course on the 12-steps, and on-site urine drug testing.
The Housing program provides services to men and women, ages 18 and older. There
are separate houses for the men and women.
Our facility operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The admission staff
is available from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Crisis Intervention services are provided
24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Eligibility: 18 years of age or older with a chemical dependency
diagnosis
Duration: 90 days to 6 months
